About the creator and this journal
Hi, I’m Sophie—a policy and yoga nerd, compulsive doodler, self-identified woodland nymph, and big-hearted lover of wild places, women’s circles, and unexpected joy.
This journal first bloomed from the magic of Crested Butte summers, where time slows down and the mountains teach us how to breathe. It was originally created for the 2025 Wildflower Women’s Retreat, but it’s grown into something bigger: a celebration of softness, strength, and sisterhood to carry us through life’s messy middle.
At 25, I’ve burned out hard, felt lost in the grind, and found second winds in movement, community, and the daily act of returning to gratitude. As a Jewish woman grounded in tikkun olam, mindfulness, and a deep love for the earth, I created the journal I needed most—a space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
The Wildflower Woman Journal is a guided space for women in their 20s and 30s navigating transformation—the tender, powerful seasons of becoming.
Each section is inspired by a native Colorado wildflower and the value it teaches—like gratitude, awe, authenticity, or compassion. These blooms are more than metaphors—they’re trail guides, rooted in wisdom and wildness.
Inside, you’ll find science-backed prompts from psychology and happiness research, open journaling pages, and invitations to reconnect with your inner magic. Let this be your soft landing and your steady companion through the unfolding.
With love,
Soph
