Our Retreats

At She Blooms Wild, our retreats offer high-quality, inclusive wellness experiences close to home — rooted in yoga, mindfulness, movement, and outdoor connection — without the prohibitive price tag.

We believe transformative experiences shouldn’t require a plane ticket or luxury cost. They require intention, community, and thoughtful facilitation.

Our small but mighty team of four trained facilitators brings expertise in yoga, breathwork, nutrition, and nature-based wellness practices. Every retreat is professionally guided, deeply supportive, and intentionally designed to help you rest, reconnect, and flourish.

Rooted in nature and grounded in the neuroscience of happiness, our retreats are immersive spaces to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner magic — to grow, or simply come home to yourself.

A 3-Night Immersive Mountain Experience

The Summer 2026 Wildflower Women’s Retreat is a 3-night, 4-day gathering in the Colorado mountains. This year we are holding space at an official retreat center — an elevated setting for yoga, forest bathing, creative expression, and community connection.

We will have the entire property reserved for our group, allowing for deep presence and uninterrupted connection.

The Theme: Wildflowers

Wildflowers return as our summer trail guides.

Each day is inspired by a native Colorado wildflower and the wisdom it embodies — gratitude, awe, authenticity, compassion, and community.

Through the beautifully crafted Wildflower Journal — filled with hand-painted watercolors and science-backed prompts inspired by psychology, neuroscience, and joy research — you will reflect, reconnect, and root into what feels true.

This retreat — and this journal — were created for women moving through tender, powerful seasons of becoming.

Our Mountain Home

Freebird Valley Retreat Center is located in South Park County, about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Denver, just over Kenosha Pass. The land offers seclusion, inspiration, and deep quiet — an ideal container for reconnection.

The Magic of the Land

Quartz naturally pushes up through the earth across the property. To deepen the intentionality of the space, 44 crystals have been embedded throughout the land, forming a sacred grid around the home.

The intention: safety, surrender, healing, reconnection, and growth.
